Driving

Gryphon and Jude wandered the farmers' market this morning. Then they tried not to share Jude's car.


The three of us spent the afternoon driving to and from a huge pumpkin patch, with about 5 minutes in between, during which time we determined that it was too crowded for our liking.

Gryphon wasn't overly pleased with the radish I gave him.

He prefers hospital food.

While Cheri slept off another 24-hour shift, Gryphon and I spent some hours playing at our local parks.



Later Gryphon helped Jonah with his new train set.

Fall activities

We've been making grape juice, and going to the park.


Cheri's been delivering lots of babies.

Today Gryphon and I went to the farmers' market, the bakery, and the bookstore.

18 months

Gryphon celebrated his 1.5-year birthday today.

Stoney Ridge Farm

In Bellingham we bundled up and visited Stoney Ridge Farm. We ate a lot of apple pie, checked out the animals, and tried a maze-solving algorithm (trace the right wall), which got us out of the corn field.

Fall in Bellingham

We spent the weekend with Nanna and Dar Dar. Gryphon liked the change of scenery.

I helped clean out the workshop just in time to hit a wood sale and fill it back up.

Playground

Gryphon has been enjoying the playground at nearby Essex Park more and more.

Greek Festival

Like many of his friends, Gryphon has been sick lately. But that didn't stop him from enjoying the Greek Festival in NE Portland today.
